Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If several goods ordered in a single order are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item. If goods are delivered in several lots or pieces, the period begins on receipt of the last lot or piece.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive type of delivery will not be reimbursed. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Notes on Returning Clothing
You may reasonably try on clothing to check the fit. Please avoid soiling or damaging the items and pack them securely for the return shipment. Original packaging and any existing tags make processing easier; they are not a requirement for the statutory right of withdrawal.
For justified complaints about defective goods, the statutory warranty rights and cost rules apply. The above provision regarding return costs in the event of withdrawal does not limit these rights.
